1. Core principles

  • Put child and participant safety before recruitment, reputation, or competitive advantage.
  • Be truthful about identity, age, organization, qualifications, evidence, and opportunities.
  • Communicate professionally and only for a legitimate football purpose.
  • Respect privacy, consent, blocks, guardian choices, and organization boundaries.
  • Report credible risk promptly; do not retaliate against a reporter or witness.

2. Child safeguarding

Sexualization, grooming, coercion, exploitation, trafficking, harassment, threats, secrecy demands, or requests for intimate material involving a child are prohibited. Adults must not use scouting or coaching authority to create an inappropriate personal relationship, move a child into concealed communication, or bypass guardian and organization safeguards.

  • Use authorized platform and organization channels for child-related communication.
  • Keep communication relevant, observable, respectful, and age-appropriate.
  • Do not request home addresses, private travel, financial details, passwords, or unnecessary identity documents.
  • Do not arrange unsupervised meetings with a child through RISE 11.
  • Do not download, archive, or redistribute a child's media outside a lawful and authorized football workflow.

3. Prohibited content

  • child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, or non-consensual intimate content;
  • credible threats, instructions for violence, stalking, doxxing, or targeted harassment;
  • hate, dehumanization, or unlawful discrimination based on protected characteristics;
  • graphic abuse, self-harm encouragement, dangerous challenges, or content designed to humiliate;
  • malware, credential theft, spam, impersonation, manipulated evidence, or fraudulent documents;
  • copyrighted footage or personal information you have no right to publish; and
  • content that exposes private scouting, assessment, medical, disciplinary, or guardian information.

4. Trials, recruitment, and opportunities

Do not promise guaranteed selection, contracts, visas, scholarships, or payment. Clearly identify the responsible organization, location, dates, eligibility, costs, safeguarding contact, and selection process. Never demand an undisclosed fee, cryptocurrency transfer, gift card, password, recovery code, or payment to a personal account as a condition of being scouted.

Players and guardians should independently verify opportunities with the named club, academy, league, school, federation, or governing body before travelling, paying, or sharing additional documents.

5. Professional conduct

Scouts, coaches, clubs, and academies must use player data only within their verified authority and legitimate football purpose. Assessments and reports must be supportable, relevant, and professional. Disagreement about performance is not itself abuse, but fabricated records, discriminatory criteria, retaliation, conflicts concealed for personal gain, or sharing private reports outside authorized recipients are prohibited.

6. Messaging and contact boundaries

  • Respect blocks, refusals, quiet hours, and requests to stop contacting someone.
  • Do not send mass unsolicited recruitment, repetitive promotion, or deceptive links.
  • Do not pressure users to leave protected channels to avoid moderation or guardian visibility.
  • Never ask for passwords, MFA codes, recovery codes, or access to another person's account.
  • Report a compromised account instead of continuing a suspicious conversation.

7. How to report

Use the report control on the relevant profile, message, comment, or media. Include a concise factual explanation. Do not repost illegal or harmful content to prove it. Use block controls when safe to do so. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services; platform reporting is not an emergency service.

Serious child-safety concerns may also be sent to grievance@merchnique.com. Do not attach suspected illegal sexual content. Provide only lawful identifiers, timing, and context.

8. Review and enforcement

RISE 11 may reduce visibility, quarantine media, preserve evidence, warn, restrict features, revoke professional verification, suspend, or terminate accounts. Urgent safety action may occur before notice. Decisions consider context, severity, intent, repetition, age, authority, risk of harm, and lawful obligations. Where appropriate, users receive a reason and a route to appeal or raise a grievance.

We may report suspected exploitation, credible threats, or other serious illegality to competent authorities and preserve relevant records. False or malicious reporting, evidence tampering, and retaliation are violations.
